2020. What. A. Year.
As the majority of you, I had planned to go on holiday (specifically somewhere where you would have to go on a plane to get to!) but this year had other plans for us all. So instead, we opted for a staycation, and stayed closer to home. Wales to be exact.
(Note: We followed all social distancing guidelines and wore masks when appropriate.)

I can tell you for sure that this is one of the happiest places on earth! What am I talking about you ask? Florida!! In August me and my family went on a two week holiday to Florida and I just had the best time ever :) I am a big kid when it comes to anything Disney related so this trip was something I had been looking forward to ever since we booked it. As we wanted to fit EVERYTHING in, of course there was some planning involved before, and when I say some planning I mean ALOT! Anywaaaaay on to the trip ....

Ever since I was little I had dreamt about going to New York, this magical city that you see in movies with the highest skyscrapers you'll ever see, the iconic yellow cabs and thousands of people walking the streets. My dream came true! I travelled 7 and a bit hours from London Heathrow to JFK and every second of that flight I was super excited. Being in New York didn't feel real, it was like I was in a dream, in a movie. I loved every second of it! We only spent 5 days there but it was more than enough to fit in ALL the main tourist attractions and more. As soon as we arrived we took a cab to our hotel. Our hotel (Staybridge Suites) was a 10 minute walk from Times Square so it was really convenient. We didn't feel like doing much as we just had a long flight so we walked around close to our hotel and stumbled across Bryant Park and The New York Library.

I believe it was Audrey Hepburn who first said "Paris is always a good idea" and I absolutely adore Paris, it is a beautiful city with magnificent architecture. I went to France with my family for six days, we stayed at Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch in a town called Bailly-Romainvilliers, just 10 minutes from the Disney parks! There are two parks, Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park.
